BizoraCora OÜ was established in Tallinn, Estonia, and officially registered under EMTAK code 63921 — other information service activities. The idea for SiteCheck came from a simple, repeated observation: small businesses across Estonia invest real money building a website once, and then almost never revisit it.

The founder of BizoraCora OÜ studied at Tallinn University, in a field closely tied to the core of what SiteCheck does today — analysing information, understanding how people search for and evaluate it online, and identifying where communication breaks down between a business and the people trying to reach it. That academic foundation is the reason SiteCheck audits go beyond a simple technical scan: they look at a website the way a real customer, and a real regulator, would.
After graduating, the founder spent more than five years working hands-on in the field — reviewing, analysing, and improving how businesses present themselves online. That experience covered everything from spotting outdated content and broken navigation to understanding the baseline legal and compliance expectations that small business websites in Estonia and the wider EU are expected to meet.
Alongside that practical experience, the founder has completed numerous online courses focused specifically on analysis — from data and content analysis to web usability and digital compliance review — continuously sharpening the exact skill set that now powers every SiteCheck audit.
